Andy & Jana met at the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill in the Spring of 2006. An instant friendship quickly grew into the love of a lifetime. A shared passion of golf, travel, and each other made for a perfect courtship over the next two years.
In fact, it was two years later, at the same golf tournament at Bay Hill Country Club, in the very spot where they met that Andy asked Jana to marry him. She said "YES!" Just over a year later they were married at Ginn Reunion Resort.

Best Original Idea: Andy Groom's cake was awesome. It looked fantastic, tasted amazing, and got LOTS of laughs. It was perfect.
Best Memory: My best memory is the ceremony itself. I remember just laughing, smiling, and being full of so much love. I wasn't nervous at all. It was like I was made for that moment in time.
Best Splurge: Our best splurge was renting two gorgeous homes at Reunion Resort for the week of the wedding. It kept us close to our out of town guests while providing easy access to our ceremony & reception site. It gave us a wonderful location for our rehearsal BBQ dinner, and for guests to gather before, during & after the festivities. In fact, we may be renting one again for our anniversary.
